Begin an unforgettable journey along the legendary Gibb River Road, winding through the stunning Wunaamin Miliwundi Ranges (formerly the King Leopold Ranges). Your first stop is the breathtaking Bell Gorge, one of the Kimberley’s most spectacular natural wonders. Enjoy a guided walk through this awe-inspiring landscape, take a refreshing swim, and soak in the incredible views.
Continue on to Mt Hart Station, a historic property with a rich heritage dating back to its establishment as a cattle station in 1914. Now located on the lands of the Ngarinyin people, Mt Hart offers a unique outback experience.
For the next two nights, you’ll stay in comfortable safari-style tents, combining rustic charm with modern comfort. In the evening, unwind with a drink at the cosy Settlers Bar before savouring a delicious dinner under the Kimberley sky.

Today, immerse yourself in the breathtaking wilderness of Mount Hart. Aboard Outback Spirit’s specially designed open-back safari trucks, you’ll gain a true appreciation for the area’s stunning natural landscapes.
Your knowledgeable guides will share insights into Mount Hart’s National Park programs as you visit remarkable sites such as Barkers Pool and Dolerite Gorge. Pause at one of the serene waterholes to enjoy a picturesque picnic lunch.
In the afternoon, return to camp and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Take the opportunity to explore the gardens surrounding the lodge or enjoy a peaceful walk in this tranquil setting.

This morning, you will return to the Gibb River Road and make a stop to explore the picturesque Galvans Gorge. After a refreshing swim in its tranquil waters, continue along the Gibb, passing Mount Barnett and heading north onto the Kalumburu Road.
Later in the afternoon, you will arrive at Drysdale River Station, a vast property spanning over one million acres and home to 9,000 head of cattle. For the night, enjoy a stay in comfortable station cabins, each featuring private ensuite facilities, offering a restful and authentic outback experience.

Your journey today takes you further north along the Kalumburu Road before turning toward the stunning Mitchell Plateau. After crossing the King Edward River, you’ll have the chance to explore remarkable Wandjina rock art galleries, offering a glimpse into the rich cultural history of the region. Passing through ancient Livistona palm forests, you’ll arrive at the breathtaking Ngauwudu Safari Camp.
Here, you can spend a relaxing afternoon soaking in the tranquil surroundings or take a refreshing swim in the camp’s pristine waterhole before enjoying a delicious dinner.
Ngauwudu Safari Camp provides a true outback luxury experience, featuring deluxe safari suites with ensuite bathrooms and elegant furnishings. Known as the most luxurious tented safari camp in the Kimberley, it’s your home for the next two nights as you explore the extraordinary Mitchell Plateau and Mitchell Falls.

Today will be a true highlight of your Kimberley adventure! After a short drive to the ranger station, you’ll set out on a 4km guided walk to the breathtaking Punamii-Uunpuu (Mitchell Falls). This walk requires a good level of fitness and mobility but promises immense rewards along the way.
With expert guides from the Kandiwal Community, you’ll uncover rarely seen Gwion and Wanjina rock artwork, gaining deep insights into the region’s ancient cultural heritage. Along the trail, you’ll also pass the stunning Little and Big Mertens Falls before arriving at the magnificent four-tiered Mitchell Falls. At the falls, take time to relax, enjoy a picnic lunch, and marvel at the cascading waters. To finish the experience, you’ll return to camp on a scenic helicopter flight (included), offering an unforgettable aerial view of the falls and surrounding wilderness.

Departing early this morning, begin a big day of travel!
You’ll leave the Mitchell Plateau behind, following the Kalumburu Road back to the iconic Gibb River Road. As you head east, you’ll ford the Durack River and arrive at the foothills of the breathtaking Cockburn Range. Take in the stunning vista bathed in the soft glow of the late afternoon light before crossing the mighty Pentecost River and continuing to Emma Gorge Resort, part of the renowned El Questro Wilderness Park. Here, you’ll settle in for two nights in unique tented safari cabins nestled among the bush, offering a perfect blend of comfort and nature.

After breakfast, you’ll venture deeper into El Questro Wilderness Park to explore Chamberlain Gorge, a stunning three-kilometre freshwater oasis surrounded by towering escarpments. Here, you’ll enjoy a 90-minute gorge cruise, where you can even feed the cheeky Archerfish. Next, visit Zebedee Thermal Springs for a refreshing swim in crystal-clear waters. Nestled against rocky ranges and surrounded by lush palms, the Springs are a must-see highlight of El Questro. Take some time to relax before heading to the station township, the central hub of the park.
In the afternoon, you have the option to join a guided walk to the breathtaking Emma Gorge waterfall (a three-hour return trip requiring good fitness). Don’t forget your swimwear—a swim at this stunning waterfall is truly one of the unforgettable moments of El Questro.

This morning, you’ll visit Wyndham and the stunning Five Rivers Lookout, where you can take in dramatic views over Cambridge Gulf. Along the way, you’ll stop at Parry Lagoons, a haven for diverse birdlife. Later in the day, you’ll arrive in Kununurra and settle into the Kununurra Country Club for a relaxing two-night stay.

This morning, you’ll have some free time to explore the town centre before heading toward Lake Argyle. Along the way, you’ll visit the Argyle Homestead Museum and stop at the impressive dam wall.
In the afternoon, enjoy a spectacular three-hour cruise down the Ord River, where expert commentary will provide insights into the Ord Irrigation Scheme and the local environment. As the sun sets, you’ll return to Kununurra and make your way back to the Kununurra Country Club Resort for a relaxing evening.

Before leaving Kununurra, you’ll explore the surrounding farming country, driving through parts of the expansive Ord River Irrigation Scheme on Ivanhoe Plains, where crops like melons, mangoes, and sandalwood are grown.
Afterwards, you’ll begin the journey south to the World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park, home of the iconic Bungle Bungles, arriving in the late afternoon. For the next two nights, you’ll stay at the Bungle Bungle Savannah Lodge, owned by Outback Spirit in partnership with Aviair/Helispirit. This lodge offers comfortable cabins with ensuite bathrooms and is the only lodge in the park featuring a swimming pool, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

Today, you’ll immerse yourself in the wonders of Purnululu National Park, renowned for its striking orange and black beehive-shaped domes. Begin with an unforgettable 18-minute scenic helicopter flight, offering a bird's-eye view of the park’s incredible natural features.
After the flight, enjoy a walk along Piccaninny Creek to the awe-inspiring Cathedral Gorge, a natural amphitheatre, and follow the Dome Trail for an up-close look at the park’s unique geological formations.
In the afternoon, you’ll venture to the northern area of the Bungle Bungles to explore the dramatic Echidna Chasm before returning to the lodge for the evening.

Early this morning, depart Purnululu National Park (The Bungle Bungles), retracing your journey along the famous Bungles track. From there, you’ll continue to Halls Creek. While here, you’ll visit Old Halls Creek, the site of the original Gold Rush township, and see the iconic China Wall, a fascinating natural quartz formation.
After returning to Halls Creek for lunch, you’ll head along the Great Northern Highway toward Fitzroy Crossing, a town shaped by the unprecedented flood events of 2023.
Your day concludes with an overnight stay at the Fitzroy River Lodge, where you can relax and unwind.

This morning, you’ll cross the Fitzroy River and travel along the Leopold Downs Road, which passes through vast cattle stations and the heart of Bunuba country. The highlight of your morning is a visit to Dimalurru (Tunnel Creek), where a 750-meter-long tunnel, carved by water through the limestone Napier Ranges, awaits exploration. Formed 350 million years ago as part of an ancient ocean reef system, this remarkable natural feature rises to 20 meters in height in some sections.
After your adventure, you’ll continue to Derby, stopping to visit a local art gallery before arriving in the late afternoon at the Cable Beach Club Resort and Spa. Here, you’ll settle in for a luxurious two-night stay.

Your journey concludes on a high note with an unforgettable half-day adventure to the spectacular Horizontal Falls. Described by Sir David Attenborough as "one of the greatest natural wonders of the world," these falls are created by the second-largest tides on Earth rushing through two narrow coastal gorges.
Start the day with a guided tour of Broome or take some time to relax at the resort before being collected for your Horizontal Falls experience.
Begin with a breathtaking 60-minute seaplane flight, landing on the calm waters of Talbot Bay in the stunning Buccaneer Archipelago. From there, board a powerboat for an exhilarating ride through the wider gap of the Horizontal Falls. Learn about the unique geological formations from your expert skipper while marvelling at the vibrant azure waters swirling around you. Next, cruise through surrounding bays and creeks, enjoy a delicious meal on the floating pontoon and hear fascinating insights from the experienced pontoon crew about the local marine life. For a refreshing break, take a swim in Talbot Bay’s waters, safely enclosed within a partially submerged marine viewing platform. Return to Broome in the afternoon and, later, join your fellow travellers for a final celebratory dinner to reflect on your incredible Kimberley adventure.
